Ecotronics Enterprise provides technology products and software tools, including LivePortfolio and UpJobs. These products are software tools only. We are not a recruiter, agency, employer, broker, or guarantor of job placements or career outcomes.
Payments are processed by Paystack. You may be charged for access to product features as described on the relevant product page. A single one-time payment is required for LivePortfolio, and a recurring monthly payment may apply for UpJobs Pro.
Refunds are granted at our discretion. If you believe a payment was made in error or the product did not function as described, contact support@ecotronicsenterprise.com within 7 days.
Users must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You may not use our products to post illegal content, infringe third-party rights, deceive others, or impersonate someone else.
We do our best to deliver working software, but we do not guarantee any specific result, job match, portfolio exposure, or revenue. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Your use is at your own risk.
We use Paystack for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and mailing providers for support messages. We also may use third-party tools to support the service experience.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled in Nigerian courts or by mutual agreement first through informal resolution with support@ecotronicsenterprise.com.
